Howzit

We are a father and son team based in South West London & Kent. We're from a few places, but mostly Joburg.

We moved to the Island some years back. In 2019 we started making small batch biltong for ourselves, family and friends. It was good and people wanted more... So we decided on a name and Soutie Co was born! Ever since we've been refining our craft and business model. The first milestone we want to achieve is to semi-retire the old man from spreadsheets (I still have a day job). 

Our long term goal is to one day trade as a farm to table biltong company with a brewpub thrown in for good measure ;)
